About CADLD

Our History

Centre for Advanced & Dynamic Leadership for Development (CADLD) is a non-profit and non-political Centre established in 2015. It was borne out of the founder’s dream to give leadership an advanced and dynamic character, to help individuals and groups tap into their full leadership potential and promote development in diverse areas.

Our Aims and Objectives

The Centre in its efforts to maximize leadership potentials and help individuals, organizations and the larger society attain success has the following specific aims and objectives:
  • To promote capacity building of leaders through workshops, seminars and symposiums.
  • To organize programs for promoting good leadership in order to ensure accountability.
  • To support and promote leadership building, education, information and communications.
  • To study issues relevant to the current state of economic world history, promoting social, cultural, educational, scientific and managerial programs in the field of leadership and related strategic planning and design.
  • To promote dialogue relating to state-wide policy issues and to create a platform for emerging leaders to explore regional issues and strengthen collective vision and collaboration in the society.
  • To encourage city-to-city exchange that unites influential civic and business leaders with those of other cities encountering similar present-day issues.
  • To encourage dialogue of ideas, challenges, resolutions, discoveries, renovations and solutions.
  • To help foster stability and success within the society by motivating leaders to become involved as volunteers, board members and donors.
  • To provide unique opportunity to cultivate, expand and leverage the tremendous leadership resources of the society in order to bring about a stronger and better future of the society.
  • To enhance individual, career and professional growth while creating significant value for participating communities and companies.
  • Providing content, context and access to inspire leaders to engage in issues critical to their communities’ success.
  • To support emerging leaders together to learn about the issues facing our region and promote community stewardship while creating lifelong networks that foster professional goals.

We translate our ideas into visual images, individual and societal empowerment. This will be a building block for global leadership for development.

Governance

The Centre currently has five Trustees in its Board of Trustees, a management body consisting of; a Chairman, Vice Chairman, General Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance & Accounts, Legal Adviser and other staff of the Centre. The Trustees of the Centre appoint such number of persons with requisite qualifications and proven integrity for the management of the day-to-day administration of the Centre.
